This website is operated by Rivington Netball Club, a volunteer-run sports club based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, affiliated to England Netball.
2. Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about the club, register your interest in joining, read our policies and download the forms we publish. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to its systems.
- Copy, redistribute or publish content from the site without our permission, except as set out below.
3. Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, design, photographs and graphics on this site are owned by Rivington Netball Club or used with permission. You may view, print and download pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell or build commercial works from our content without prior written consent.
Some policy documents on this site are published by England Netball and remain their copyright.
4. Photography & player images
Photographs of players are used only with parental consent and in line with our Photographic / Filming Policy. If you believe a photograph of you or your child has been used without consent, contact us and we will remove it.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to external sites such as Sisters In Sport, Facebook, Instagram, England Netball and the Information Commissioner’s Office. We are not responsible for the content of those sites and a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. Training times, fees, fixtures and venues can change at short notice, always check with your coach or the committee before travelling. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website.
